About The Author

My name is Nick Jack (pictured here with wife, Melissa) and over the course of 10 years working as a personal trainer I have put together a comprehensive Back Pain Conditioning Program that targets all of the essential elements a program needs in order to have long term success. The exercises and methods I share with you in this book and also our video are compiled from years of working with hundreds of similar cases. These are not just theory but proven methods.
